Hardware Rental: Balloon Artist retains ownership of all decor hardware provided (arch stands, column stands, backdrops stands, etc) unless stated otherwise in the comment section on the invoice. The Client shall be responsible for any damages, losses, or theft of the decor hardware that occurs during the event, subject to replacement charges.

Outdoor Set-Ups: If the Client requests outdoor balloon decorations, the balloon artist will put forth their best effort to ensure the durability and stability of your display. However, the Client acknowledges that outdoor environments are subject to unpredictable factors, such as sunlight, wind, rain, or bad weather which can cause latex balloons to deflate or in extreme cases pop. Also, note strong wind may cause balloon arches and columns to fall over we will take every precaution to keep these items secure. Dark color balloons are not recommended for setups that will be in direct sunlight or extreme heat. Arches and columns should not be left unattended, especially in windy conditions.
