• Storage: The machine is stored and transported on a heavy-duty cart. Do not remove the machine from the cart. MUST BE KEPT VERTICAL.

Important Notes

• Electronic Equipment: The machine must be covered at all times to prevent water damage. Protect it with a tent or a large plastic bag.
• Power Requirements: Each machine requires a dedicated 15-amp power circuit. No other devices can share the circuit.
  • The machine is tested at our facility and again on location upon delivery.
  • Once delivery is complete, DO NOT add other electrical devices to the circuit.
  • No refunds will be issued for insufficient power if additional devices are added after delivery.

Setup Instructions

1. Prepare the Mix:

   • In the provided 5-gallon mixing bucket, combine:
     • 3.5 gallons of cold water
     • 1/2 gallon of drink mix
     • (Optional) 1.75 liters of alcohol for adult beverages.
   • Mix well. The product will freeze once placed in the machine.

2. Fill the Machine:

   • Pour the mixed contents into the top of the machine.
   • Insert the white air tube into the aerator hole to ensure proper mixing.

3. Power On:

   • Turn the machine to the left “ON” position to begin freezing.
   • The freezing process usually takes 45 minutes to complete.

Important: Follow the mixing instructions carefully to ensure the machine functions properly. Too much water or alcohol can prevent the mix from freezing and may cause damage to the machine.

You can also prepare a second batch using a different flavor or a combination of flavors with the same proportions: 3.5 gallons of cold water to 1/2 gallon of drink mix.

Cleaning Instructions

1. Switch to "Cleaning" Mode:

   • Move the switch to the right “CLEANING” position.
   • This will begin the melting process, which may take time depending on the remaining product in the machine.

2. Transfer Leftover Drink:

   • If you’d like to save leftover frozen drinks, you can transfer them into another container for freezer storage.

3. Final Cleaning:

   • Once the event is over, and before we pick up the machine, empty the product from the machine (it’s yours to keep and enjoy).
   • Pour 5 gallons of hot water into the top of the machine and dispense it through the spout.
   • The machine is now ready for pickup.

• Power Connection: Plug the machine directly into an electrical outlet using the cord provided. Do not use an extension cord.
